Job Description
Nexmos Design is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and contributing to the overall success of our branding initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational and communication skills who is looking to grow within a fast-paced and creative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
Coordinate and track marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging
Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
Maintain the marketing database and update client information as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
