Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to oversee our restaurant’s online presence. You will create engaging content, interact with our community, and help grow our brand across all major social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule posts (photos, videos, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and friendly manner
Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote menu items, events, and special offers
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase engagement and followers
Collaborate with the restaurant team to capture photos and videos of food, staff, and events
Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth and engagement
Manage online reputation and handle any negative feedback professionally
Requirements:
Experience managing business social media accounts (restaurant experience a plus)
Strong communication and writing skills
Creative eye for photography and video
Familiarity with social media tools for scheduling and analytics
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends for events
