Job Summary
The Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs for janitorial staff, ensuring employees are well-equipped with the skills, knowledge, and safety protocols needed to meet high cleaning standards. This role includes both hands-on and classroom-style training, often conducted on-site during 2nd and 3rd shift hours. The Training Specialist plays a key role in maintaining quality, promoting safety, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
